Terms of use
These Terms of Use govern your use of TenMore and related services. By downloading or using TenMore, you agree to them.
Who may use TenMore
TenMore is intended for parents or legal guardians managing devices used by children under 13 in their own household. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to configure or manage any device you connect to TenMore.
What TenMore does
TenMore helps a parent configure and apply its own screen-time controls on compatible Apple devices. It is a tool for setting household boundaries. It does not read or modify limits configured in Apple’s Screen Time settings. It is not an emergency service, a monitoring service, or a replacement for supervision, communication, or professional advice.
Apple services and device requirements
TenMore depends on Apple technologies including Screen Time, Family Controls, ManagedSettings, DeviceActivity, CloudKit, iCloud, and the App Store. Its features may be affected by device compatibility, operating-system updates, iCloud availability, network conditions, Apple Account configuration, and Apple’s policies. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your devices, Apple Account, and household configuration secure; reviewing controls before relying on them; and using the app lawfully and respectfully. Do not use TenMore to interfere with devices you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions, if offered, are purchased through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Pricing, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple Account and App Store settings. We may change future subscription offerings or prices where permitted by law and Apple’s rules.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of TenMore. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing paid features during an active paid period, except where required for security, legal, technical, or platform reasons.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
TenMore is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that controls will be available at every moment or prevent all access in every circumstance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss resulting from reliance on the app’s controls. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using TenMore at any time by deleting the app and managing your subscription through Apple. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service operator is established, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Questions can be sent to hello@tenmore.app.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
